Jordan: Feasibility Study: Zarqa River Basin Wastewater and Solid Waste Treatment Project: On the invitation of and under a grant from the United States Trade Development Agency (USTDA), Washington DC, Overseas Consultants has prepared and submitted a feasibility report for the above project to the Ministry of Environment, Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The purpose of this feasibility study is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the wastewater collection and treatment systems in the Zarqa River Basin, determine the needs, and conduct financial feasibility analyses for the needed investment.

Process Engineer
Holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering. Over 27 years experience in chemical and petroleum fields with strong bias towards powder technology and process engineering. Experience also includes food and pharmaceutical plants, waste energy recovery, treatment and incineration plants. Has successfully completed many assignments in research, and development studies, and plant start-ups.
Civil & Structural Engineer
A graduate engineer with over 25 years experience in heavy industries including chemical and petroleum plants. Well-versed in engineering and the designing of foundations and structural supports for process equipment and pipe racks. Civil design work for roads, building and land surveys are well blended in an experienced background.
Mechanical Engineer
Holds an MS in mechanical engineering with experience spanning over 27 years in supervision, engineering and specification of pumps, vessels, compressors and designing piping, HVAC, and allied systems for nuclear, petrochemical and utilities plants. Experience also includes construction, start-up, commissioning, and maintenance.
Piping Designer
Over 20 years of experience in heavy industries involving plant layouts, piping layout design, and piping details including preparation of piping specification, isometric drawings, and material take-offs. Also capable of pipe stress analysis.
Instrumentation Engineer
A graduate with B.S. in electrical engineering and over 21 years of experience in instrumentation engineering for heavy industry, power plants, food and pharmaceutical plants. Experience includes control valve and orifice plate calculation, instrument specifications, I/O list, loop and logic diagrams preparation. Also worked as construction supervisor and troubleshooting in new and existing plants.
Electrical Engineer
An electrical engineering graduate with over 21 years of experience in engineering, construction, and commissioning of power generation and distribution systems, motor controls, standby and UPS supplies, and system studies. Well-versed in project management skills. Excellent client relation skills with strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
In addition to these principal engineers, we can meet project demands for support engineers, designers, drafters and CADD specialists.
